Hi, my name is Abigail Prescott and I am a textiles design student currently studying at Huddersfield university who specializes in commercial weaving. I spend a lot of time finding what inspires me as a designer so travelling and photography are what i am also passionate about. My work is often greatly influenced by the natural world including landscapes, flora and fauna.

Though I am a weave designer I still love other mediums including print and embroidery and find some projects might naturally at times sway away from weave. Having this fluidity in my design process keeps my work fresh and ever changing and adapting.
